Free to submit. We publish community events across Polk County — fundraisers, church events, school activities, festivals and lake events.

What we publish

Anything open to the public in Polk County. Church events, school activities, fundraisers, festivals, markets, tournaments, club meetings, community meals, lake events. If people can show up, we will list it.

What we don't

Private events, anything requiring a purchase to attend that isn't clearly an admission fee, political campaign events, and anything we can't verify with an organizer. Listings are free — we never charge to publish a community event.

How long it takes

Everything goes into a review queue and a person reads it. Usually the same day, occasionally the next. Submit at least a week ahead if you can.
