How we use AI
We use automation to find information. We do not use it to decide what is true.
What automation does here
Software checks public sources on a schedule — permit filings, licence applications, meeting agendas, job postings, event calendars. When something changes, it extracts the change into structured fields and drafts a summary.
What it never does
Nothing publishes automatically. A person reviews every entry before it appears. Automation drafts from approved source material only and never infers a fact that is not in the source.
Why we say so
In a county this size, trust is the only durable asset. Being open about the tools is part of earning it.
